Is this event chip timed?

Yes, this event is chip timed and accurately measured.

What is the minimum age to enter an event?

Minimum Ages
2K Junior Race: 10 years and under
5K Race: 11 years and over
10K Race: 15 years and older

Can I enter more than one person at once?

Yes, you will enter the details for each runner at checkout.

When do entries close before an event? Can I enter on the day?

Entries will typically close when the event sells out or on Friday 10th July at 11:59pm. Entries on the day are dependent on the capacity for the event.

I can't make the event, can I have a refund?

Sorry, we don’t offer refunds. However, the cost of the ticket would be donated to our charity partners.

When will I receive more information about the event?

You will receive all race information, via email, in the week leading up to the event. The official Event Guide will also be posted to the website.

Will I receive my Italy Run t-shirt by post?

No, your Italy Run complimentary t-shirt will be ready to be collected at the registration desk on the day of the event.

Do we collect our Timing Chip and Race Number on the day of the event?

Race Packages will be posted out prior to race day. In the case your race number does not arrive please see the Information/Race Pack Collection tents on event day.

Are there water stations?

Yes, there will be water along the course and at the finish line.

Do you have a baggage drop? Do you charge for it?

Yes we will have a baggage drop, and it is FREE to use. We have a member of staff managing the station while you run. You will find a detachable bag tag on your Race Number to attach to your bag with your Race Number on it.

What do I get at the end of the race?

You can help yourself to water and our snacks when you finish.

Where can I find my results after the event?

Your results will be live on the website italyrunlondon.co.uk during the event. If you have any questions or queries with your results please email [email protected]

Am I allowed to wear headphones?

We’d strongly advise against it – the nature of the events means that you need to be aware of your surroundings and be able to hear marshals instructions.

Is this event an official running event?

This run is licensed by The Association of Running Clubs (ARC). The course has been officially measured by the Association of UK Course Measurers and a copy of the measurement certificate will be on display at the information desk. Can I run with a dog or a buggy?

We don’t recommend you run with a buggy as there are pavements you will need to run on and off that do not have a drop kerb. If you wish to run with your buggy please keep to the back. You can not run with your dog at this event.
